VINEYARD: Gualtallary. 4,500 ft above sea level in the Uco Valley. High mountain climate and extremely chalky soils.

VINIFICATION:  100% Hand harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. 50% of the wine undergoes Malolactic. Six months of contact with the lees.

AGING: 8 months in French oak barrels.
