WINEMAKING: Traditional. Fermentation with native yeasts in small tanks. 10 months aging in French oak.
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby red. Aromas of black cherry, bitter chocolate and menthol with a hint of nuttiness. Supple in the mouth, with good acidity and texture framing the flavors of black cherry, licorice and walnut.
