VINEYARD: Perdriel. Lujan de Cuyo. 50+ year old vines.
VINIFICATION: Hand harvest 100%. Fermentation with native yeasts.
AGING: 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby red. Aromas of black cherry, bitter chocolate and menthol with a hint of nuttiness. Supple in the mouth, with good acidity and texture framing the flavors of black cherry, licorice and walnut.
