WINEMAKING: Traditional. Fermentation with native yeasts in small tanks.
AGING: 12 months in French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby red color, its character is fresh with notes of black fruits, spices and subtle aromas of thyme. On the palate ripe tannins and vibrant acidity. The fruit and freshness stand out. It is very well balanced and leaves a lingering memory.
