WINEMAKING: Traditional. Fermentation with native yeasts in small tanks.

TASTING NOTES: Sweet, jammy aromas of blueberry and cassis. A rich, plump and soft palate with prune, backed berry and cassis flavors that end in a chewy, warm finish.
