VARIETALS: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano

VINEYARD: Llanoluengo (40 year old vines). Calcareous soils with some clay. 2231 ft altitude.

FARMING PRACTICES: Traditional, organic fertilizers. Hand harvested.

AGING: 12 months in American and French oak and 12 months in bottle. 

TASTING NOTES: A bright cherry red in the glass with complex ripe fruit aromas and hints of balsamic and toast. Full bodied with a tannic sweet finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: Cheeses, grilled meats and tomato based dishes
