VARIETAL: 90% Tempranillo 10% Mazuelo 

FARMING PRACTICES: Organic fertilizers and hand harvested grapes. 

AGING: 12 months in American and French oak and 12 months in bottle. 

TASTING NOTES: A bright cherry red in the glass with complex ripe fruit aromas and hints of balsamic and toast. Full bodied with a tannic sweet finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: Cheeses, grilled meats and tomato based dishes
