VINEYARDS: Carazierzo, Torcalvo (35 year old vines). Calcareous solis with some clay. 1903 feet altitude.

VARIETAL: 100% Tempranillo.

FARMING PRACTICES: Traditional, mostly organic. Hand harvested.

WINEMAKING: Traditional. Sulfites under 55 mg/L.

AGING: 24 months in American oak and 36 months in bottle. 

TASTING NOTES: Well structured bodied with great complexity and a long balanced finish.
