VINEYARDS: Cerro la Moza (planted in 1960) and Pradomediano (planted in 1991). Located in Sotes at 2,297 ft altitude.
VARIETAL: 85% Tempranillo 10% Graciano 5% Mazuelo. Hand harvested.
FARMING PRACTICES: Traditional, organic fertilizers.
WINEMAKING: Traditional. Sulfites under 55 mg/L.
AGING: 18 months in American and French oak and 18 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: A red cherry color with fine complex ripe fruit aromas. On the palate it is elegant, with a nice structure and a long finish.
