VINEYARD: San Vicente Vineyard at 3,000 ft altitude (San Carlos, Uco Valley). Poor soils, mostly Sandy 70%, Line 25% and 5% clay. 6 ft deep

FARMING PRACTICES: 100% Estate grown; hand-harvested into 40 lb boxes

WINEMAKING: Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks; very lightly filtered.
