VARIETAL: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Semillon, organically grown.

VINEYARD: Alto Valle de Rio Negro, Patagonia. Planted in 1930.

WINEMAKERS: Pablo and Hector Durigutti

HARVEST: April

WINEMAKING: 24 hour cold maceration followed by a 25 day fermentation in concrete eggs with skins and the Estate native yeasts.

AGING: 4 months in oak barrels.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered in February. Sulfites 25-30 mg / L

TASTING NOTES: Honey, pears and green apples with a hint of linden blossom. Fresh, crisp and silky with an elegant smooth finish.
